Happy Birthday, DH!!

Today my DH is one year closer to Social Security! As I slaved and toiled over his birthday card (made with Cricut and The Print Shop) I was reminded of the first birthday card for him that I signed. It was on our Thursday Night Singles league and I had to ask who Mr B was. Little did I know that several months later we would be an item and that just short weeks after the end of the league, we would be engaged.

For the first of his birthdays since our marriage, we were on our slightly delayed honeymoon in Vegas. It was his big 3-0. Many wonderful years have passed since then.  Happy Birthday!

An Unmitigated Happy Birthday & Happy Anniversary

What do you call the next-to-youngest-child? We have many names for ours and most of them are even nice. Some of you may know her as Middle-Aged-Woman (MAW) or Unmitigated. I know her as younger sister. She was born many, many moons ago, when I was 11 years old. You guessed it, today is her !!th birthday.

Buddy & Unmitigated
Not only is today her birthday, but it is her wedding anniversary. She and "Buddy" have been married 25 years. I've never been sure whose idea it was to get married on her birthday, but in all those years, I don't think he's once forgotten either her birthday or their anniversary.

Relatively Speaking - Cousins That Blog: Happy Birthday Younger Daughter!

How cool is this, it is my turn for the RSCTB (Relatively Speaking, Cousins That Blog) and it is also Younger Daughter's 28th birthday.

Not quite 2 years old
I didn't know it at the time, but my 28th birthday was my favorite. So much so that I stayed 28 for, well let's just say I am still 28 and leave it at that! So I am especially happy to wish younger daughter many happy returns. In honor of her 28th Birthday, I may just start telling people my real age. Or not.

Happy Birthday, Andrea!

Younger daughter, right with her big "sisser"
