Sympathy Saturday - Abraham "Abe" Bowman, Jr.
Abraham Bowman, Jr., or Abe as he was known, was born to Abram Bowman and Mary Gist Bowman (her maiden name was Bowman) on May 5, 1850 in Lexington, Kentucky. He died August 17, 1931 in Savannah, Missouri. His parents were first cousins and Abe was my second cousin three times removed.
He was buried in the Savannah City Cemetery in Savannah, Missouri.
